DISC + Motivational Intensity

Profiles International has made a huge addition to a standard DISC test.

The Profiles Performance Indicatorhas a fifth scale – motivational intensity.

It is used primarily for motivating and coaching employees and resolving post-hire conflict and performance issues.

This assessment specifically measures an individual’s behaviors related to:

Section 4. The Team Leader Action Summary — This summary of suggested action steps provides a quick review of guidelines for supervising the team.
