John Bishop started his company in 1996 after twenty years of experience in managing people.    He has owned two companies, was the Vice President – Sales at another company, has authored two books to help people succeed and started a nonprofit to help students.  He is a graduate of Babson College, a business school that specializes in entrepreneurial studies.  John knows first hand how talent management decisions can dramatically affect organizations.

He works with business owners, CEOs, Sales Executives and HR professionals to identify and solve employee issues that are constraining sales, operations efficiencies and profits.

Personally, John has motorcycled across theUS, visited 49 of the 50USstates and traveled in Europe andJapan.  In spite of two very serious back injuries he has earned two Black Belts in martial arts. Today he lives inSt Louiswith his wife and together they have two daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.
